Built in 1855, the four-bedroom house has been carefully restored to its original Greek Revival style and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

It anchors a property that sits atop a hill overlooking thousands of acres of prime Bluegrass countryside — and offers on-site guest accommodations for out-of-town clients.
